Terms and Conditions
1.General Provisions:
1.1. All tattoo work is carried out according to an individual agreement between the client and the tattoo artist. By registering, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2. Age restriction
2.1. Tattoos are performed only on adults (18+). Minors can be tattooed from the age of 16 only with written consent from parents or guardians.
3. Health and Hygiene Rules
3.1. The studio follows all hygiene standards and uses only sterile, single-use tools.
3.2. The client must inform the artist about any health conditions, allergies, or skin diseases that could affect the tattooing process or healing.
3.3. The studio is not responsible for the healing outcome of the tattoo if the client does not follow the aftercare instructions provided.
3.4. The client is fully informed about the risks associated with getting a tattoo, including but not limited to infections, scarring, difficulties in detecting melanoma, and allergic reactions to tattoo pigments or latex gloves.
3.5. The client agrees that the procedure will be performed by a qualified tattoo artist in a hygienic and sterile environment, using only single-use tools.
The client is informed about the tattooing process and accepts all potential risks related to the procedure and the healing period.
3.6. The client agrees that the procedure will be carried out according to the sketch, size, placement on the body, and color, reflecting the client’s expectations. However, the client understands that if the final result does not fully meet personal expectations, leaving the studio does not constitute grounds for complaints or claims.
Deposit and Payment
4.1. When booking a tattoo, a deposit is required (the amount is specified individually).
4.2. The deposit secures your reserved time and is deducted from the final price.
4.3. The remaining amount is paid on the same day after the procedure (in cash or via bank transfer).
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.
5.2. If the client does not show up or provides late notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
5.3. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
6. Refunds and Guarantees
6.1. Due to the artistic nature of the work, refunds are not applicable.
6.2. Corrections or touch-ups (if needed) are provided free of charge within 6 months after the tattoo, provided the client followed the aftercare instructions or if the artist deems the touch-up necessary.
6.3. The tattoo design is an original work, and copyright is not transferred; it cannot be used or modified without the artist’s consent.
7. Personal Data and Privacy
7.1. All client data (name, contact information, photos) is handled confidentially and used solely for registration and studio operations.
7.2. The client may consent or decline for photos of their tattoo to be used on the studio’s social media or in advertising.
8. Product Prices and Payment
8.1. All product prices in the online store are listed in euros. Publikacija Tattoo reserves the right to change prices if taxes or other economic conditions change.
8.2. Payment for products is made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, or Artea online banking services. Payments are processed in euros through the secure payment platform www.Montonio.lt.
9. Liability
9.1. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information in the registration form. Any losses or inconveniences resulting from incorrect or inaccurate information are the buyer’s responsibility.
9.2. The seller is not liable for any losses if the buyer did not familiarize themselves with these rules, despite having the opportunity to do so, or did not follow the provided recommendations and obligations.
9.3. The “Publikacija Tattoo” studio is not responsible for information provided on other companies’ websites, even if accessed through links on our website.
10. Information Exchange
10.1. All messages to the buyer are sent to the email address provided during registration. The buyer can send questions and messages to the studio via the email listed in the website’s “Registration” section.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. All legal relations arising from or related to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. Any disputes or disagreements are first resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are settled in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. By registering, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
